Welcome to ZeroDrain: Subscription Manager AI. By accessing or using the ZeroDrain iOS application and our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

ZeroDrain is an active, autonomous financial assistant designed to identify idle, toxic, or forgotten subscriptions and provide an immediate "Kill Switch" to handle the cancellation process. ZeroDrain relies on local-first processing, utilizing on-device CoreML frameworks and Apple FinanceKit to ensure your data never leaves your device.

2. Cancellations & Third-Party Merchants

ZeroDrain facilitates the cancellation of subscriptions by providing deep links to merchant cancellation portals and automated communication templates. However, we do not guarantee that a merchant will successfully or immediately process a cancellation request.

• We act solely as an intermediary interface to streamline your actions.
• You are ultimately responsible for verifying that a subscription has been successfully canceled by the merchant.
• ZeroDrain is not liable for any continued charges, refund disputes, or missed cancellation windows (including 72-hour trial conversions).

3. Pricing & Payments

ZeroDrain operates on a strictly structured value model. By purchasing a pass or subscription, you agree to the following pricing tiers:

• Founding Pass: $49.99 for Lifetime Access. This is strictly capped at the first 100 slots.
• Standard Lifetime: $149.99 for Lifetime Access (available post-launch).
• Recurring Models: $49.99 for 6 months (includes a 7-day trial) or $9.99 per week (no trial).

All payments are processed securely through our Merchant of Record. Refunds for the software itself are governed by our 14-Day Refund Guarantee, provided the app has not successfully saved you an amount equal to or greater than the purchase price.

4. Local Processing & Device Requirements

ZeroDrain is restricted exclusively to the native iOS ecosystem. There are no adaptive scaling layouts for iPad, Mac, or Web. Because ZeroDrain operates entirely on-device, you must possess an Apple device capable of supporting iOS 17+, FinanceKit, and the Apple Secure Enclave.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroDrain and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data resulting from your use of the application.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZeroDrain operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
